The purpose of this program is to open dialogue on trans-boundary water resources, economic and social human rights, and conflict prevention, in Northeast Africa, at local, national, and regional levels; articulate voices of affected people and communities, and reduce conflict risk through an international discourse. It focuses on the Nile and Steele basins.
