The purpose of this program is to mobilize Horn of Africa NGOs for participation in, documentation and monitoring of poverty reduction strategies in their respective countries; to participate in poverty analysis, documents the PRS process, commission case studies to extract best practices of PRS process and produce a synthesis of comparative case studies.
